I conducted a research once to identify the factors responsible for the constant forest fires in Australia. It seems that ghe very geographic location makes it very much vulnerable to forest fires. However, newer climatic phenomenons such as southern annular mode, el nino modoki, pyrocumulonimbus clouds etc has made it stronger and more intense.

The signal that we need to put across is, do everything ti stop global warming.

I'm surprised Australia doesn't get more rain considering its an island. I know it has a massive interior, but a large portion doesn't get decent rainfall. I think more rainfall would help cut down on some of it.
